What about you :

  • You are an experienced and motivated Industry Expert with a deep understanding of Smart Buildings and Smart Cities.
  • Your expertise includes the integration of IoT, data analytics, and other smart technologies into urban infrastructure for sustainability.
  • You have a track record of successful project execution in urban development with a focus on energy efficiency and carbon reduction.
  • You excel at liaising with multiple stakeholders, from government agencies to tech companies and urban planners.
  • Your innovative thinking is matched by your ability to execute, delivering on both vision and details.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Smart Buildings and/or Smart Cities.
  • Deep understanding of sustainable urban development practices, including but not limited to IoT, AI, and big data analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience in projects that focus on ESG compliance, carbon reduction, and energy efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
